THE MISSION

To drive room nights, rate integrity, and brand advocacy through strategic relationships with local and international travel agents and luxury travel advisors, positioning The Social House as Nairobi's preferred boutique lifestyle hotel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Build and manage a diverse portfolio of travel agents, tour operators, and luxury advisors
•Actively contract and negotiate rate agreements in alignment with Revenue Management to drive production targets (ADR and revenue contribution)
•Conduct sales calls, roadshows, fam trips, and site inspections to educate partners on the House's brand story and USPs
•Maintain accurate CRM records and provide monthly production reports on account ROI and conversion ratios

REQUIREMENTS

•3–5 years in hotel sales, travel trade, or luxury tourism
•Strong existing network within travel agencies, DMCs, and luxury advisors
•Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing plus a Business Management course
•Commercially astute with the ability to sell lifestyle, not just rates
