THE MISSION

To own smooth, seamless operations at Inca, our Peruvian restaurant and bar, while leading from the floor to deliver personal, warm, and unforgettable guest experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Operational Ownership: Lead day-to-day operations at Inca, ensuring smooth restaurant and bar service through weekly scheduling and professional stock management
•Leadership & Vibe: Lead, mentor, and conduct energizing trainings for the team to ensure high guest satisfaction and a motivated, well-groomed staff
•Financial Discipline: Keep food, liquor, and payroll costs in check while driving suggestive selling to hit and occasionally smash sales targets
•Quality Standards: Maintain spotless, brilliantly run bars with zero stock variances, ensuring every drink leaves with a BOT
•Service Magic: Spot service issues before guests notice and turn complaints into lifelong loyalty

REQUIREMENTS

•5+ years in hospitality supervision, including at least 2 years in F&B management
•Calm under pressure and energized by fast-paced environments
•A proactive role model who leads by example and cares deeply about the team and guest experience
